Water running at the side of an un-made lane near forge dam, a disused steel grinding mill pond on the porter brook on the western edge of sheffield, uk. Recorded using the irig recorder app on an iphone 3gs.

This recording was taken on dangar island shoreline. It features the gentle lapping ocean on the beach with the occasional jumping fish. The recording was taken with a tascam dr-44wl and the onboard xy mic pair. Post recording the sound was cleaned up a bit with rx spectral de-noise, and then normalised.

A recording using a contact mic into my roland r26 field recorder, it was a windy day so you could hear the wind hitting the bridge and the water rushing underneath. I placed the mic on a metal bolt for a solid contact.

This recording is from highland park, a chicago suburb. A few things you'll hear is the sounds of birds chirping and drops of water hitting a puddle. The water was coming from a gutter and dropping water, one drop at a time, from roughly 15ft. The puddle was roughly 2 inches in depth.
